If they look like this, on the ysus or zsus, they are bad.

Unfortunately the welds of the coils are good but I malgres all redone.

Have u tried re-flowing the coil solder joints on the zsus ?
Checked the buffers for shorts on the ysus ?

I dismantled the upper Buffer card and then started the Tv.

Apart from the truncated image I have much less defect of pink dots on the USB source see almost absent.

If I remove the lower buffer I only have lines with a pink dominant on the upper part.

How can I test the buffer?

I found on ebay a YDRVBT card, at startup the lowest to burned buffer.
So for me Ysus HS card, I still have to find one.
