    Vestel 17MB62-1 V2 bad ceefax/teletext.

Plain and simple, the ceefax of this tv (It's an OK OLE221B DVD D4, but with this Vestel board inside) is malfunctioning. Lots of text is missing.
In the Netherlands we still watch teletext.
Is it a software problem? If yes, what is the right software to reload it?

When we had teletext a poor display was often the result of poor/weak signal reception.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

If the DVB-C is flawless then it's not a bad signal according to me.
