Trying to resurrect an old LG EBR73561701 Zsus board and noticed I must have robbed the C257 & C261 surface mount caps. Anyone know what the value would be and how critical is it to get the exact value. Can I "guestimate" with a couple that look to be similar sizes ?

Need a photo, are they chip ceramic?
There is very wide variation in value and voltage rating of ceramic for a given size.
Are they in parallel with an electrolytic? That would give you an idea of the minimum voltage rating required.
Where in the circuit are they?
