Philips 26pfl3312/10 when cold gives white screen, after 30secs back to normal.

    Hello.
I have a Philips 26pfl3312/10 that when is cold gives a white screen only after approx. 30 secs goes back to normal, tried to heat/freeze several capacitors in main board but doesn't seem to make any difference.
30secs are not enough to do other test so i need your help
    Mainboard is 313914719801a
    Tcon is (seems) V260B1-C03
    PSU is plcd190p3
    Service Manual and photos attached.
    Thank you in advance!

You may have one of the voltages on the power supply coming up slowly due to a faulty capacitor on the supply. Could look good but lost its value or gone high ESR. Can you check the voltages when cold and see if they alter after the 30 secs.

I see several voltage regulators on the main board you could check out and see if their output voltage change after the 30 secs.

try warming the caps to get them working then freeze one at a time

for more test, after the TV running normal turn it off to stand by and turn it on again, if the screen play only white again then its Firmware level issue. i faced this white screen with UHD and solve it by flashing only screen driver .bin firmware.
