    Samsung LN40B530P7F on/off lamps continuously.

This LN40B530P7F continues to light lamps on/off cycle.I have feeling is the transformers but one reads 890 while others read 1099-1129 ohms.I have 4 on order as they were quite inexpensive think 890 one maybe issue.

Probably bad ccfls. Try disconnecting ribbon cable from the main board to the power supply and plug in TV. See if lights stay on constant. I believe this model has pull up resistors
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

This particular model has no ribbon cable just long strip with slots that have board fit into them.Have feeling may be ccfls though.

a reading being off like that on CCFL transformers is a dead give away. Good job!
