Old Samsung Plasma TV Y.SUS

Hi,

I am troubleshooting the Y.SUS board part no. LJ41-05120A (Samsung 50-inch)

It had the common faults of blown MOSFETS which I have replaced.
I also replaced the ADUM1410 digital isolator. Basically everything it says to replace in the service kit.

I tested it with & without the buffer boards connected, but although inputs seem correct (VS=208V VCC=15V) the output voltages from the Y.SUS are not right.

Looking for ideas. Have included stock photo.

VSCAN voltage appears to be wrong

The voltages on long black connectors CN5601 CN5602 are wrong too.

Is there anybody out there with some general documentation how to set up and test Y.SUS output voltages?

Just switched it on to check it and now the PSU is not producing VS.

Approx 2V on VS then the protection kicks in & power supply relay shuts off. It was not doing that before.

I think this TV has consumed too much of my time and I will scrap it at this point.

Unplug y board and recheck VS at power supply
