sony KDL-50R550A display moves up and down

I have a Sony (kdl-50r550a) that has a display problem. The picture looks perfect but it drops down 1/2 inch and the goes back to normal. It does this like every 3 seconds.
Im thinking its the mainboard or the tcon. What do the experts think?

I guess its also called sceen rolling or something like that. I ordered a tcon for it, we will see if its the panel or not.

Horizontal tab drive issue, try drilling it out the glass.
