    RCA tv Model # 32lb30rqd

    Having trouble with this and after searching the web, I have not come up with what it could be.

    32 inch RCA TV/DVD combo. When I push power the LED changes from red to blue but I get no picture or sound. Will not go off unless I unplug. I checked for bad caps but all seem fine.

    Any ideas what to check or has anybody had similar problems? Thanks!

      Looks like you got a problem with the firmware.

          I had one of these, with the exact same symptoms. I had to re-flow the CPU on the main board.

          Heat the cpu with ah air dryer and see if starts as it should. If so you can try a re-flow.

          It ended up reoccurring about 8 months later though these things run hot.
