    Samsung UN40H6350 faulty pixel banding

    So my tv develope a type of pixel banding in the top of the screen... Is not uniform and it doesn't move, if like a band of faulty pixel, but i only see it in low light images... when i turn off the tv for 30 minutes and then turn on all pixel work fine until several minutes of used when the tv has this problem again, i dont know if this a Tcom or Main Board fault, please give me some advice....

    Panel fault, failing edge driver causing lack and delay in horizontal scanning not fixable sorry. All Samsung panels seem to fail with horizontal scan issues

      are you sure? because the panel work fine when is cold, but then in the next 20 minutes the problem arise again with the same pattern.... if this was a panel problem, this should not be a permanent fault?

        This is my TV when i turning on...i dont think this is a panel fault...
