Hello,
had lot of head scratching today, searching for this problem.
Plasma Samsung PS-42C6H was only clicking, blue stby blinking.
There was no voltage at ICB803 (LM324), pin 5.
Solution?
Dead resistor RB806 (1 Mohm) dont telling the ICB803, that there is
PFC_OUT_DC400V from DP801 diode.
Only RL802S vas clicking, there must engage also RL801S at startup.
