I have a problem at logic board, no supply to LCD panel, I found the smd Q101 component marked N58A shorted, anybody knows, what is this?

Hello,
had lot of head scratching today, searching for this problem.
Plasma Samsung PS-42C6H was only clicking, blue stby blinking.
There was no voltage at ICB803 (LM324), pin 5.
Solution?
Dead resistor RB806 (1 Mohm) dont telling the ICB803, that there is
PFC_OUT_DC400V from DP801 diode.
Only RL802S vas clicking, there must engage also RL801S at startup.
See the BN96-03052A=PSPF441A01A pdf schematic.

sorry if mentioned before. I stumbled in an old 27" tv, model LCD27S10, MB Vestel, maker Gorenje, with inverter Darfon V070 4H.V708.001/05 going down after some seconds. Checked CCFL, nothing dramatic, they lit more or less the same. The voltage on OZ960 pin 2 (OVL)jumped to high before invertershut off, so I put 100K resistance between pin 2 and ground, now voltage is 2,10V, tv is working flawlessly.

42PFL7403D/10 stuck in upgrade menu
Hi,
after the PSU repair was jerking around the service menu and stupidly activate mpeg4 option in non mpeg4 set. Tv was contionusly rebooting, UART says error 38 or 39 IC2 bus Tuner. Starting the upgrade procedure with latest FW, but stops with error.(dozen of tries)
Now stuck in upgrade procedure. Somewhere on net Ifind, that the thing can be repaired with NVM editor, but have no idea, how and with what.
Any idea anybody? -

OK, there is the solution.
Checked the INVOK pin on supply, comes out only 0.2 to 0,6V when inverter starts. Bunch of super miniature components on back side of power (inverter board)
Changed inverter board (about 100$). All works.

Hi, again. I have checked with osciloscope all voltages, everything seem OK. I tested also HV at the lamps, there are ten lamps, two of them in serial. Voltage is high at four pairs of them, on one pair the voltage is about half, regard the others. I dismantled the panel, checked with test HV supply every single pair of lamps and seems ok. Not glowing so much, because my test supply is weak, but glov approximately one third of every lamp.

Sorry to jump into your discussion, but have a same tv issue.Its my first philips and I am very lost. Tv switch on, the backlight turns on and off three times, then black screen. Sound remain.
The picture is very dark. White led on front panel blinks 17 times.
