    Toshiba 40L3451DN SMD led

    I need to change two SMD leds in one of my led strips. I dont know what i have , what i need and where to find it. Any kind soul that migth know?

      Thanks recceyburger123. Yea, quite right - that's a vestel. The soldering or stacking is no problem. My biggest problem is finding the leds or strips. Thats were i need help!

        Cheers also you can get them out of smashed Tv's or if its just the one Led open just bridge over it or sub it with a resistor or diode.

          Burning the midnight lamp? It is actualy 2 leds that needs changing. And the smashed tv is hard to get by. Also bit unsure when the rest will pop so wanted to have some ready.

            Hmm you might be able to use 1w smt Leds but they need to have 400w mha current capabilities if not they will burn.

              I will look some more into it. Maybe i should just trash this vestel trash before it does my head in.

                No dont trash it lol ! Just bridge over the open circuit Led for a quick fix then turn the backlight down to low please please dont trash it buddy

                  I sell on eBay a led repair kit item number 262516863370 all new and new lens types being added as i get them in hope this is of help

                    One thing though, i could not find any firmware for this model - 40L3451DN. Only found for 40L33451DB.
