(SOLVED) Toshiba 42HL67US - No pic, has audio

Issue: Toshiba 42HL67US turns on, has audio, but nothing on the screen.

Solution: Replace F1 fuse on *master* inverter w/ 1A 125V SMD fuse. Note: This TV has a master inverter board and a slave inverter board.
