Visio TV color blooming - Need help!

I have an older large screen Visio LCD TV. Picture is good except for what I think is called color blooming. It happens with both antenna and component input (HDMI inputs are not working - this is another problem with these Visio TVs). I hope to attach a picture of the screen to this not (if I can figure out how!). Any help or advice will be appreciated.

Forgot to add, model is VS420LF1A

Add your sharp pictures as attachmnents when you go to the "Go Advanced" under the message box.
