RCA ColorTrak 2000 Not turning on

Hey all, I just got a 1989 ColorTrak 2000 from my grandmother who upgraded to plasma. This TV has a great picture and sound and i want to fix it. The problem: When i push the power button it clicks in the rear and does nothing. After a few seconds the speakers pop then nothing. I really would like to fix it if it is not too expensive.

HP 450 g1 keeps turning on even tho shutdown/sleep

HP 450 g1 keeps turning on even tho I shutdown/sleep . one way to stop the turning on cycle is pressing the power button few seconds thus force powering it off. But then sometimes it does not turn on at all but next day I try again to turn it on and it turns on....
