Samsung Firmware Upgrade

I had 2 Samsung PN51D550C1F 3D plasma tv that had shorted x-sus. Fixed boards and both sets work now. I want to upgrade to the latest firmware. Does anyone know what the latest firmware revision is. Here is what I currently have on the TV. For some reason when I try and upgrade with the USB it says no file was found.

When I did a software upgrade yesterday I had to download the software file from Samsung's website and put it onto a memory stick. Next I had to extract the bin file by running the software just loaded onto the memory stick so that it also wrote the bin file to the memory stick. The bin file was used to carry out the upgrading.

Move down the page to "Downloads" and click "View All" to the right of it and the firmware files appear.
