Toshiba 42 inch plasma sparkles issue at first then most go away after 5-10min

i have a toshiba 42 inch plasma that would power on with sound no display

i ended up replacing the Z sus board and now the tv has a nice picture however there is one slight issue hoping someone can help me

when tv is first turned on it has a lot of multi colored sparkles more on the right side of screen then left ....but after about 5-10 minutes about 95% of the sparkles go away...there are still a few but not noticeable when watching tv ...if screen is all black you do notice them though.....

i have included a few pics...the last pic is after about 5-10 min and as you can see most of the sparkles go away but not all

any ideas what i can do to correct this if can be done?
