Hi everyone-
I've replaced a few bad caps on some Samsung LCDs, but I know very little about TV repair. I researched this issue a little, and it seems most people think a bad logic board or a bad panel is the culprit. I got this TV for free, so I'm trying to figure out if it's worth the cost of the parts to fix. Any input is thanked and welcomed. Below is a picture of the problem. The left side of the TV is fine, and everything else works as far as I know. Thanks again!
