The power went off last night during a storm. The TV was plugged into a surge protector. the Red standby light is solid. but Tv wont turn on.. No clicking noise either. I took back off and Caps. dont look swollen. any suggestions? The caps arent that expensive I dont mind changing them. Any check i should make. The DTV receiver was ok.Thanks in advance

I wouldn't change capacitors as they will probably be ok.
You need to check voltages first before diving in and replacing parts.

Take a picture of the boards, and include a close up picture of the power supply's connection to the main AV board.
