toshiba 50hp66 flickering

i have a toshiba 50hp66 turns on stays on flickering 4to5 times a second has sound during the flickering i can make out whats on screen . i thought it might be scaler board changed no luck same issue .any suggestions . thanks for any help

It will most likely be IC201 and IC202 on the ysus.
Checking the vsc and -vy on the ysus will confirm this.
