    Viewpia LC-32IE21 no start

So I got this TV for free since nobody wanted repairing it.

Symptoms: When plugged in the AC, the LED is constant ORANGE, no RED at all.

What I did: changed all the caps, except the two small ones (22uf 100V, 4,7uF 50V)

    Found this post https://www.avforums.com/threads/vie...e-help.763685/
but this didnt help me since the fix is for other models.

After changing the caps the problem remains.

Here are some pictures. (sorry for the light, Ill do better photos if needed)

never overlook small caps, they dry up fast wihout showing any external signs.

Have you checked if the power supply output voltages are stable?
Check that when you press the power on button the PS ON signal is activated by the main board (goes HIGH or LOW.)

I will check the output voltages as soon as I get my meter...

I changed even those small two caps but no change.

I get constant orange light from the LED and the TV does not react to any of the buttons.

I changed all the caps on the power supply board, but not on the logic board (forgot to mention that).

            Can I replace 15uf capacitor with 22uf?
            by cap__
"If I wanted to replace an old 15uF/400V capacitor with a new one,
I have a new 15uF/400V and a new 22uF/400V capacitor. When measured, the new 15uF reads only 13uF, and the 22uF reads only 20uF. Can I use the 22uF capacitor?"

            WS-WN523N2 WiFi AP Power Supply
            by Keshenatech1
I had been using a WS-WN523N2 to generate WiFi from my wired ethernet internet connection. Recently it needed to be power cycled more and more frequently so I decided to open it up. I found 2 bulged 470uf 16V capacitors in the low voltage output side of the unit's power supply. The 2 other capacitors in the high voltage side, a 4.7uf 400V and a 22uf 100V both read low ESR so I decided to replace them as well. The 4.7uf 400V is directly across the output of the full wave bridge and the 22uf 100V is on the other side of an inductor coming off of the positive side of the bridge, negative side directly...

Samsung UN50KU6300F constant reboot, bad backlights?
            by x_orange90_x
This TV is in a constant reboot where the screen very dimly lights up for about 2 seconds and says SMART TV. I checked the power supply and visually all components look good. I unplugged the main board to see if the backlights would come on but they do not. I also tried my LED tester on the backlight plug and didn't get anything. I know some Samsungs will not light off a single led is out regardless of using a tester, so I'm thinking they are bad. I found a whole set for about $25 which isn't bad, but before I buy them is like to know if they would indeed cause a constant reboot like this tv is...

Elite Capacitors? (450v 47uf power board Toshiba Vestel TV)
            by slybunda
anyone heard of these caps before? at first glance i mistook them to be Elna caps but closer look and it was elite. not sure if they are known failure prone brand.
also they are 47uf and 450v. why are they so large in height? i can get replacement 450v 47uf caps that are a quarter the height. what am i missing here?

if i were to replace them what should i be looking for?

they are on the power board of a toshiba (vestel) tv power board.
