    Spectroniq PLTV-3750 wont start

I have a Spectroniq PLTV-3750, that when i press the power button, the LED will turn green then after 2 seconds will turn red. No back lights come on, no sound can be heard, no image can be seen with flash light. but all voltages are present. I have tested the power supply and it shows all the voltages, i.e. 3.3v, 5.0v, 16v to the mainboard and 24v to the inverter board. I think that is correct! I have tested the backlights individually with a backlight tester I purchased and they test good. I believe the problem is in the mainboard, which I have already purchased 2 used ones. However none of them will function, I can not even get the green light with them as with the original. I believe I must troubleshoot the mainboard down to component level as I can not find the mainboard new. I am posting some pictures taken from pacmanretro's post because they are the same and I am also posting a pdf file with the voltages on the 7 connectors of the mainboard, before and after pressing the power on button. I hope someone can help me with this, I am only a novice and not sure how to proceed. One thing I have noticed is that when I remove the 16v supply connector to the mainboard the green light will stay on, but of course the set will not work.

Did some rechecking, turns out it was the inverter board fuse 1. I feel dumb, do not know how I missed that!
