seems that 4 surface mount resistors are the source of the problem holding the pfc voltage down rp802,rp805,rp807 and rp810 each is a 1.5 meg sm resistor using a 6megohm 1/2 w thru hole resistor at rp 802 to rp 810 is the fix. I know there are some who simply cut the jumper, but the real fix is the sm resistor replacement. the 390v will come back and the flicker will go away. currently watching it with back off and asap will get pis of the power supply with new resistor in place. while you cant see the resistor case(heatshrinked )you can see where to put it. and yes I removed the sm resistors before hand. so far I am about 2 hrs in and still no strobing of the backlights.
