    Toshiba 26AV502R LCD TV T-CON IC

    This t-con is for a 26 inch Toshiba 26AV502R, the symptom is bottom half of screen has flickering double image. Checked the t-con board 260AP02C2LV0.2, the IC D23 (KAD) was bad (I use cool spray then the picture came back to normal), but not able to find datasheet for it, any one know anything about it ?
