Hi
I was given this faulty 50" plasma tv.
It has a red standby light. When i press the on button i here a 1 click and the screen flashes white then off and i here the samsung chime then it clicks off.
I can see a green light flashing on the x driver board.
I turned the tv off and waited 15 min, then disconnected the y-z sustain and buffer boards and turned it back on to see if the x driver green light stops flashing but it makes no difference.
So i think the problem is in the power board (BN44-00274B MODEL P08050A).
I reconnected all the boards and checked some power connections on the board.
The low voltages to the mainboard seem fine.
The VS voltage is 0 volts should be 210 volts.
The VA voltage is 58 volts should be 55 volts.
The VSC voltage is 0 volts should be 193 volts.
the VE voltage is 94 volts should be 88 volts.
Any suggestions to check the powerboard would be great.
Thanks
