LG TV 42LG30-AU Cycles On and Off over and over

Hey everyone. I am new to this site/forum, and was hoping to get a little help. I have a LG 42LG30-AU that is a few years old, and it started cycling on and off over and over the other day. At first it did it a few times, and then would come on and stay on. Now it just cycles non-stop. I took a short Youtube.com video to help show the back of the TV and describe a few things that I have tried that didn't work. I can take any and all pics requested if you need more information. Also didn't see any blown caps, or anything out of the ordinary, even checked all fuses that I know about and they were good as well. Thanks for any and all help here.

(old) LG 32lk330 cycles Backlight 3 times and then OFF
    by edugimeno
Hi!! I have been given this old TV set.
When I hit the power button, the BL (as you know this is a CFL backlight) turns on, video works fine as I can see the LG logo show off, but the backlight starts going on-off for 3 times, when it gives up and turns completly off
This set has a inverter board on the top right corner. This inverter (or the tubes, I don't really know) buzzes very loudly during the second that the BL stays ON. I have posted a video, turn your volume UP!

ASRock H81M-DG4 power cycles and glitches - sometimes POSTs sometimes not
    by angeloavv
Hello everyone! This is my first post and this motherboard is driving me crazy because everything looks so non-trivial that I don't know where to start investigating. During these days I believe I watched half of the YouTube videos trying to understand how to troubleshoot power cycles but at the same time, I'm confused because my motherboard doesn't always do that and sometimes completes the POST for a few seconds: the right amount of time to freeze, show glitches on the screen, and then reset itself.

Let me give you a bit more context to understand why and how we got here.

Apple MBP16" A2141 820-01700 PMIC power cycles no boot no shorts
    by flusher
    Bought myself a project thing. Apple MBP16" A2141 820-01700
    No shorts, no visible waterdamage.
    Dead. no history.
All USBC ports do 20V and charging battery.
If you plug battery/charger PPBUS is 12.6v and all power rails like RTC, 3v3, 5v etc are present. U7800 PMIC all voltages are present APART from PPVCCPRIMCORE_PRIM_REG (not sure if it has to be present at this stage?! resistance is 40 Ohm). SSD 2.5, 0.9, 1.8 are present on both wings. Charger meter shows 30ma or something like this on charged battery.
But what PMIC does is that it power cycles(dropping to...

Samsung F7000 occasionally cycles and fails to switch on
    by nath1977
I have a UE40F7000 Samsung which occasionally fails to properly come out of standby. The relay clicks and the backlight flashes but then goes off again with a click, and repeats. I think its temperature related as leaving it overnight seems to allow it to switch on OK.

I assume its PSU related and had a look - it's a BN44-00632B. No signs of swollen caps or hot components.

I saw a great YouTube video on a possible PFC related issues and an underrated resistor https://youtu.be/DREofE4WIvg?feature=shared though a quick trace from the SPC7011F pin 7 lead me to a resistor...

    A2141 820-01700 Water Damage L8504 Damaged, U3100/U3200 power cycles UB300/UB400 5V .25A
    by abajor
Like title says A2141 came in with Water Damage, customer desperately wants the data.

The actual water ingress doesn't appear too bad it sat for a day but was very dusty internally. I have no idea why L8504 was arced there is no apparent moisture there or around the LVDS cable; however, the LVDS to screen screw studs had popped off at some point and somebody tried securing it with kapton tape.

I had to create a micron wire pad jumper to reconnect the south side of the L8504 since the primary pad was blasted down to the vias.

That said after cleaning up the...
