    RCA Model No. 42LA45RQ, Does this Cap look bad?

    RCA Model No. 42LA45RQ
    Power Supply Board No. RE46DZ2004-20110917
    No picture, red LED only when powered.

    I have search/read treads relating to this model # and replaced recommended blue high voltage caps near the output from the PSU to the inverter (4 total). No fix.

    I did find another high voltage cap that is bigger/expanded than the same value cap next to it. Could this cap be causing my problem(630V471K)? I've included a picture showing its location on the PSU board.
    630V471K ---> is the cap value for this ---> 470pf 630V?

    History, This TV has been sitting in my basement for the past 6 months waiting for my attempt to repair. I replaced the 4 mentioned caps above about a month ago with no luck. Today I decided to give it another go. I checked for cold solder joints and touched up anything that looked odd (did not find any visible problems). I then removed the PSU board again to recheck. Again found no cold solder joints. When I plugged everything back in, the TV powered up with no problems (red LED now blue with great picture). I was very happy at this point. Unfortunately this was short lived. The TV will not power on as before. I get no back light, not even for a split sec as before. Only the red LED comes on when the power plug is plugged into AC outlet.

    Any suggestions?

    This board power supply mounted capacitors higher Volt, likely 470 pF to 1kV http://www.ebay.com/itm/RE46DZ2005-P...item338d044de2
