No picture, red LED only when powered.

I have search/read treads relating to this model # and replaced recommended blue high voltage caps near the output from the PSU to the inverter (4 total). No fix.

[B]I did find another high voltage cap that is bigger/expanded than the same value cap next to it. Could this cap be causing my problem(630V471K)? I've included a picture showing its location on the PSU board.
630V471K ---> is the cap value for this ---> 470pf 630V? [/B]...
