Sony KE32TS2U random solarization

Sony KE32TS2U has this strange color issue:

It still has good quality video, but sporatically, there is full screen of the sign of solarization. I guess it may be of some bad soldering work, but cannot trace it.

I wonder if thereis schematics for the PDP boards:
1-468-721-11
NA18107-5017/5016

Especially the testing posts for Va and Vs.

The problem seems at varying Vs.
I do not get a fixed value at 80V, it varies from 71 - 79V, depending on the brightness of the video frame. Even for a fixed pattern the value could change within 2 - 3V.

Any idea about this? A fixed Vs at 80V would definitely cure the problem, but how?

I read a previous thread on the similar situation of Vs drop, but through out the thread there seems no solution posted.
