Samsung ue50ru7099uxzg restart

Hello. I have a Samsung ue50ru7099uxzg TV with a BN41-02703A main board. When turned on, the TV reboots, and the backlight briefly lights up. I measured the voltage on all the inductors on the motherboard with a multimeter. All voltages appeared briefly, except for one on the L406_UT. When measured with a multimeter, the top contact of the inductor shows 0 ohms with the common wire (-). I've attached a photo; I've indicated the problematic contact with an arrow. I don't have a schematic, so I don't know where this signal goes. Please help.

99,9% Panel issue...
connect this 2 points together... then disconnect one LVDS at time, see which side of screen had issue

This choke has one terminal connected to GND, as it should be, it is a T-CON, to form a negative voltage relative to GND (VGL).

You might specify well the time the backlight turns on, if millisenconds flash or some seconds, the first case it's a back leds problem, the second one are is the common lcd matrix issue..

The backlight turns on in about 2 seconds. I'll try soldering the two contacts mentioned and figure out what the problem is.

I figured it out: the matrix was faulty. I took the TV apart for parts.
