Samsung Plasma SPR4212 time dependent problem

TV had been great for years, now after viewing it for a while the sound slowly buzzes worse and worse to the point of inaudible. There is also a symptom of intermittent vertical grey and yellow soft lines that blank the screen.

Is this is a possible power supply failure? Figure maybe caps there (large, time dependent) might be to blame? I think its overheating?

    Thanks in advance

Why do you say it is time dependent? Do you need it fixed by a certain time?

As well, why do you figure it is caps? And overheating?

Take off the back and take a look would be my recommendation. Then you can see if indeed the caps are bulged. I'm no expert, but I don't think power supply has anything to do with your buzzing and gray and yellow lines. Best wishes.

I have a LG in another thread with exploded main filter cap [450v 150uf SAMWHA], in this TV found two buldged 2200uf 10v caps. They are SAMXON however. I tried to remove them but pulled the tube out on both positive leads. Just bought another board for 30 w shipping off ebay...
