Since D-series TVs, Samsung no longer appears to publish anything more than block diagrams. No schematics, I'm afraid. What is the fault with the TV?

It doesn't power up. It has the 5v standy and PS_On is about 3.5V, no relay clicks. Everything else is 0V. When I shorted PS_On to ground, I got my voltages. Haven't checked VS or VA since I didn't have the main board connected at the time. Will check tomorrow?

OK, that sounds like a main A/V board fault. Can you supply a picture of the TV with all the boards visible?

Can someone here recommend me to http://elektrotanya.com.
I guess you need an invite or take a 5 question test. I took the test and failed one question on collector current. So hoping someone here can recommed me.
