I have a RCA 4K TV here that has no backlight. The backlight comes on briefly then shuts off. When turned on the red status LED turns blue and remains on blue. I have attached pictures of the various boards in the TV. If more information is need please post here.

So I should have said this in my original post but I just wanted to get my post up sooner than later. So a major thing I noticed right off the bat with this thing was that all or most of the screws holding the power-board to the panel were stripped. I asked the original owner who I am looking at it for if someone had worked on it or if maybe it fell or had some other "shock". But they bought it new and has never been touched. Very poor workmanship from the factory I guess? But I find that had to believe.

I am going to create some ground wires to attach to the power board negative ground and attach to the panel in one of the screws that are not stripped, see if I can get it to spark up LOL. Can someone point me to the tape trick, what is that and does it apply to this panel?
