Samsung fail_count line UE55NU7102

Main board bn94-13275u fail_count line accidentally got 12v for a moment. It hasn't turned on since then, but it detects a remote control. Sometimes blink 3x4 tick. Does anyone have a diagram for it? PSU is ok. I'm afraid the processor is over.
