A JVC LT-40C880 - No Graphics, But has Audio !!

Hi there - I am trying to get a Service manual, please, for a JVC LT-40C880

1. The TV has no Display, ie Graphics, but the Backlights do come on
2. There is Audio
3. I only noticed after I took the photo that the RGB connectors had something ( Pink things )in them, when I spoke to the customer, he admitted breaking a Game Console Connector in them.

Would a Shorted RGB connector have damaged or blow anything?
The TV is almost immaculate, and therefore I dont want to dispose of it.

Can you believe of all the Service manuals I have, I dont have one for this TV, unless it has a different chassis name

Any thoughts please?

Hi there

I wonder if anybody could be kind enough to help me, please?
I have just received the Logic Board, and the fault is still the same

1. The Remote does Respond
2. None of the Inputs make a difference, ie TV / HDMI etc
3. No Audio or Sound

I have already spent money on this TV and it has the same fault.

Could anybody point me into the direction of the service manual, so I can start testing the PSU?
