Problem with Samsung LE26R87BD

OK guys another Samsung another problem. i had this LE26R87BD and LE32R87BD come in at the same time both having the same problem of not responding when trying to switch on. i was sure i had a tv like this before so looked back on my threads and found out i did. i replaced what i did before on both the tvs. the 32" version went on without a hitch but the 26" version is still not responding, took out the mainboard from the 32" and placed it in the 26" an it switched on no problem, i have the discovered the panel on the 32" is bad and thus was wondering if i could keep the 32" board in the 26" tv or will this be a problem ?

You should have no trouble, but you might want to access the service menu and check the panel size option is set right for the 26". e.g. for a Samsung 26" 720p panel use AMLCD 26" option.

How do i access the service menu tom. I remember doing it before with the remote. Think its info. Enter. Menu. Power ? Is that correct

got it Tom thanks, change screen size to 26" and also change the option to AMLCD26"
