Toshiba 37XV555D Powering Off Randomly

Hi, I have a 37 inch Toshiba LCD 37XV555D here and it works fine 99.9% of the time but the odd time it would turn itself off and straight back on, Recently its started gettin worse and sometimes it'll go off and stay off untill i tap it on the side or back then it comes back on, Had a look inside and can see nothing visably damaged, Bypassed the side power switch by soldering wires directly together but its still doing the same thing, Anyone know what would cause this?? I can upload pics if needed..

Try setting up a multimeter on the power supply lines. See if there's a noticeable change before and after the fault.
