    LG OLED 65C6V

    Hi,

First I am french sorry for my english.

I bought this LG OLED 65C6V sold because when we press the power button I can hear the click of power board relay, the red light blinks one time then returns red.

The seller said he try to replaces the 3 cards (power + motherboard + t-con) but still the same issue (but the cards were not buyed at then same seller).

    I test power suply in standalone (bridges between 3v5 and PWR_ON, 3v5 and DRV_ON, 3.5V and 12v_ON and I have all stable voltages (3v5, 12VM, 24VS, 12V t-con, 24V t-con.

So I try to run the pattern by disconnecting motherboard from power supply and the 2 LVDS cables between MB and T-CON. I made the bridges again 3v5 to pwr_on, drv_on and 12v_on.

But nothing happens on the panel still black.

I really don't know how to be sure if it is a panel issue or a t-con issue.

Can you help me to test something more ?

I don't have LG remote service I don't know if a android app exists for that.

If I plug everythin back but disconnect the bigger LVDS cable between MB and T-CON the red led disappears but nothing happens.

The only thing I can see is when all is connected properly, when I press power button I can see briefly a vertical white line quite bright in the middle of the screen then red light stays on.

Just for my knowledge why disconnecting all cable from panel to t-con does still not work ?

ON OLED if the panel module disconnected... the T-CON will response against the module and generated SOS Flag as defect module ( OPEN) and send to mainboards to turn off the PSU... same way if the Module drops more currents the T-CON will send this SOS.

you can only by pass this SOS Flag by disconnecting the lower LVDS which the SOS transported via it to MB. or you can try keep this LVDS in place... just disconnect the 24V EVDD on T-con...

Ok it's what I thought :SOS flag if all cables removed between panel and t-con.

And what if we let one cable only ? Same thing ?
