    Hisense 85h6570g glitch?

Got this massive TV and tested they backlights and they were out. Took it all apart and replaced them. Put it back together and boom they work! I then run it for many hours and all still working. I then needed to factory reset to pass on to next person and...

I factory reset and it shows Hisense logo fully lit up, then Google logo for a couple of seconds and forces shut off. Now that's all the TV does. Hisense, Google logo force shutoff. How is this possible.. anyone have some experience or advice for this. All I can think is somehow I got a software corruption which is ridiculous to me, since BLs are working. It always shuts off at same point about 2-3 seconds into Google logo.

Yes definitely doing that, I considered that also. Figured I'd post this preemptively since I'm watching my daughter for next 6 hours and can't test them until then.

Before when LEDs were bad the TV would turn on and show image and stay on. So now the TV forces off. This is why asking if any experience similar

it could be the BL level was low.. after hard reset specially at logo and android boot logo they will turn on in high level.. if this theory wasn't in place, they try hard reset via Recovery

I'm still thinking could be bl, will see soon. How is hard reset by recovery done. Generally I saw a little button on main board on some Hisense I don't see that here

Bls all test fine. Disconnect BL and turn on produces same results, disconnect main to panel and turn on same results. Always same results.

How to hard reset? I know unplug hold power button etc to drain everything is there another specific way for this?

Well obviously doing my research, other people factory reset and firmware corrupts as well. Possible solution so far which seems to be working (mid update)
Go to Hisense support to look for firmware, put your serial number in for TV. Get firmware, download to fat32 USB 4gb drive. Stick in USB at the top, if it's blue use white USB. Plug into TV while it's plugged in, hold power button on remote or TV until it starts update. So far is working. And past the boot logo.

Looks like this is the answer.

I'm more inclined to think about the eMMC (memory lifetime) problem.

it could be... but as i know Hisense don't corporate with shit Korean Khynix which their eMMC dies with short life time.

I have changed several 75g6570g main boards because I can't do the EMMC but from my research this also gets corrupted on these main boards. These stupid Sony/Hisense Google tvs always get some corrupted EMMC chips, at least the Rokus don't ever

But yes the TV is back up and running. Definitely something one should try if they have this problem. Th

I already did another reset. And I do provide some warranty to people. I do prefer ethical business rather than just to make a buck. I've taken back every TV that has been communicated as broken after it left here.

So yes id say I'm brave enough !!
