visio p42hdtvA10 no sound bad picture

i was here yesterday and tom66 had me go to manuals and check voltages .i did all but i dont have a scope but all other voltages check out fine any suggestions ?? pdp 42x32000 checked vs 184.7v va was 60v , vy -200 , vsc120 z bias was 99.7

Vscan should be reading in the negative range. 120 sounds low

According to the sticker on the back of the panel , it says 120 for vsc and
-200 for -vy and the picture is flickering also .. ( the pics don't show it )...
