    Toshiba 46G300u1-No standby

    Dear All,
    Greetings...
My friend requested to fix his faulty Toshiba LCD TV model #46G300U1 (461C2H51L12 Rev:1C TD46T).
When I plugged it to a wall socket the front Toshiba logo white LED flash once.
I have extended the 5v with a resistor to Inv pin and backlight is good.
I checked the voltages in power board P802 as below and attached the photos for reference.
BIOS chip above CPU has VCC 3.3v

    PSU P802
Pin# Voltage W/o MB With MB

    L52 3.1v
    L53 1.8v
    Regulator ICs 1.2v/1.8v/3.3v/12v are present.

    Panel / T-CON fuse - 12v not present
status LED indicator - not Lit

Removed the BL Inverter / LVDS cables to narrow down the issue and measured those voltages.
I can upload more images if close look of any specific area is required.

Is there any way you can help me with the TV? It will help us to avoid E-waste.
    Thank you

Assuming tcon fuse has continuity which means it's good. 16 inv. is backlight on pin, the signal comes from the mainboard, looks like mainboard issue.

I'm seeking help to identify the component rather replace the main board
