Sony KV36HS500 intermittent start up again?

Hi guys i have repaired my Sony kv36hs500 by replacing the 2 Mcz3001D chips 13 months ago and it's doing the intermittent start up again without the fault in the service menu, but it's not frequently just sometimes, since i have previously installed a 18 pin chip socket, one week ago i removed and refitted IC8002 chip and it's not doing it for now. but already ordered 4 MCZ3001DB chips and 2 caps 1200uf 250v, and 2, .1Ohm fusil resistors these caps and resistors are recommended to be replaced with the chips.

The resistors both measure .3 Ohms in the circuit is this normal?
And should i replace both Caps and the resistors?

also the caps show DCR normal in the circuit,

I already opened a 12inches hole on the side of the tv for easy access in order to replace the ics chips without opening the back

any help would be apreciated i love this tv cause it gives me the best pic ever,i'm waiting on the Oleds to be cheaper to get one.

Yes, because your multimeter likely can't measure that low. If you short the leads on the multimeter what do you get? I bet it's 0.1 or 0.2 at best.

If you bought them already, the why not.

If you really like the TV a lot (I feel you here, I love inky blacks and would never trade my CRT monitors for a crappy LCD either), then another suggestion I would make is to solder the IC directly to the board (like they were originally) and also purchase a few more of them in case they disappear from the market. That way, you should be able to have this TV running good for at least another decade (provided flyback doesn't go bad - which it shouldn't).

Thanks momaka;the fusivel resistors in the tv measure the same .3 ohms as the ones i bought, and think nothing is wrong with them! the .2ohm extra is what i measure when i tough the probes together on the Fluke DM
I also ordered 2 panasonic big caps 1200uf 250v i checked them with DM and they measure 1090uf almost same the ones that are in the circuit as so the DCR ESR with my CapAnalyzer 84A.
well the Tv just has been hanging on not doing the intermittent start up after i took out and refitted Ic MCZ30001Db IC8002 for the last 2 weeks!keep my fingers crossed; i have other D board in my scrap a matter fact i have the whole chassis boards that i took out of same tv that was Damped on the side of the street, probably suffering from the same issue, there are not reports of the Dip 18 sockets giving problems!
thats when i opened a hole on the side of tv to get to the Chips without opening the back.
