This plasma tv shows a picture that flashes and it is blank 2 inches on each side of the picture.The VS and VA are exactly what they're supposed to be,va=60 vs=184.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
ER-IPM on Y-sustain, repairable. There are repair services on eBay for around $100.
