samsung 51" pdp +4

I have a samsung 51" pdp model # pn51d450a2d that wont turn on after a storm i did have it plugged into just a cheap power strip but nothing for the coaxial cable for the satellite which was also fried along with my internet modem and router (connected to the dvr). When i plug it in with the rear panel off i hear 1 click a faint buzzing and LED2001 is continuously flashing. any idea as to what my problem is? And what to look for with my fluke...power light on front does not come on at all...any help would be appreciated

Surges usually take out the main board or the power supply. On which board is LED2001 located? A pic of the circuit board layout might be helpful, also.

The LED2001 is on the small circuit board below the power supply which i already removed. I did take some pictures, but im still trying to figure out how to upload from my phone.

I suppose i can try that when i get home. Tom66 i did look at my model # in your service manuals and the pictures show exactly what my tv looks like.
