When it turns off, does the power light go back to standby? Does sound stop too?
If either of those is true, the inverter is not causing the fault.

OK, what I suggest is making measurements of the power board outputs up until the point at which it fails. See if any drop out. You could use a piece of wire to keep the multimeter connected and prop it in front of the TV while watching it.

i have checked the voltages and non of them drop out before the tv turns off

when i unplug this 3 pin plug what i am pointing to in the picture above the PFC choke starts buzzing like its arc ing out but what i have found out with this unpluged the tv stays on but with no backight and will stay on all day but when i plug it back it about 3 min after it shuts down . the plug from the psu to the main board reads 22.40 volts when the 3 pin plug is plugged in and when i unplug it it reads 22.60v which seams fine to me . and when i unplug the inverter board the tv will stay on but with no picture oviously so is this saying that its the inverter what is bad or the psu

Is that the 24V line measuring only 22.6V?
