Phillips 50pf9630A/37 blotched display

Have a Phillips 50pf9630A/37 50" plasma (around 2006) model that powers up but displays attached pic. thought it was x sustain board but IPMs check out OK. Voltages are all good. swapped ribbon cable out going to x sustain. checked XS and XG and they seem OK. no bad caps. any suggestions ?

x sustain board is LJ41-02316A, y sustain board is LJ41-02317A
