Samsung SP-P4251 has sound no pic...

Made Sept-2004 untill last week TV was working fine, Blue light is on press button have sound has no picture. I removed back panel & looked for any signs of trouble on caps & nothing found. I saw with the lights off a blinking light in the lower and middle , don"t know if this is normal or showing trouble,

i hope i could repair it I really like this TV. Thanks
