philips 42 inch plasma.

daughter has given me her 42 inch plasma tv,not working,its mod number is,42 pf9946/12.on switching it on you get a green light,after a few seconds the light changes red,then nothing blank,then the red light flashes once,never had a look at one of these before so any help would be great,or where to start,not got back off yet but will post some pics latter,got to take the boss shopping,

On this sets, there is one common fault which is to replace C803 (1uF/630V) on the power supply board.
