Bicycle inner tube or tape and foam have worked for me. Budm uses thermal material similar to what's found on LCD T-cons and older plasma sustains.

Tried some tape and bit of foam thought I had it. but Turned tv on today and back to the same condition.

I might use some bicycle inner tube. pretty sure I got a few old ones laying around. should I tape it. in?
