Samsung LE32S86 long time for startup

Hi, I got this TV seven years ago, but from 1 month, the TV need ten minutes to startup. I've opened it and I found 5 capacitors in explosion. I replaced them, but the problem persist. Yesterday I've opened Tv again and I checked with the tester points were red-rimmed, where you connect the flat of the LCD, and when I go to turn on the TV changes from 3 volts to 9 volts, then 24 volts 18 volts, until it stabilizes at 24 volts and TV turns on. What could be the problem? thanks

What capacitors did you use as replacements? Where did you buy them?

      I buyed it at eletronic shop, I've changed 3 of 35v 1000uf, 1 of 25v 1000uf and 1 of 10v 1000uf (replaced with 16v 1000uf)

That is probably your issue, the average capacitors from an electronics shop are no good. It is recommended to use, for example Panasonic FC/FM/FR or Rubycon YXF capacitors. Do you have Farnell (online) available in Italy? eBay is also an alternative but you need to be careful as sometimes they are fake capacitors.

            3x http://uk.farnell.com/panasonic/eeuf...35v/dp/9692312
            2x http://uk.farnell.com/panasonic/eeuf...0uf/dp/1855170

Replace 1000uF 10V with 25V, as long as it will fit well.

May as well, given they only cost a small amount more, for longer term reliability.
